Hole opener / Hole rock reamers can be divided into milled tooth cone reamer and TCI cone reamer. A hole opener is a device used to enlarge the borehole druing a well drilling operation.It can be positioned either above the drill bit or above a pilot run inside the existing borehole. Usage range from hydrocarbon drilling operations to water drilling or horizontal drilling.
In hard and long rock crossing, working life of rock reamer is extremely important , one-time cross successfully saves huge cost of labor, cost of renting rigs, cost of drilling consumables. If one-time cross failed, it would be huge cost for drillers to pull out the reamers and reaming again.
Metal-face sealed bearing roller cone has perfect performance in drilling long and hard rock sections, drillers don't need to worry when using metal-face sealed bearing roller cones.
The horizontal directional drill reamer could work with trencher of Ditch Witch, Vermeer, etc , the
thread connection could be produced to NC, FH, IF, REG, FS, ... to be connected with various of drill pipes.

Steel tooth HDD rock reamer is produced with steel tooth roller cone bit, it is of higher penetration rate than tungsten carbide insert rock reamer in drilling soft rocks.
The disadvantage is that the steel tooth rock reamer is not suitable for drillling hard rocks.
The body is enhanced by tungsten carbide hard alloy, the arm-back of roller cone is armoured by tungsten carbide to sustain heavy load in crossing.
Far Eastern Drilling produces both tungsten carbide inserts and steel tooth roller cone bits for rock reamer, we are the factory of roller cone bits, so our price for rock reamer is competitive.

3. About lead time,payment terms, delivery ?
Answer: We always have regular models available in stock, prompt delivery is one of our advantages. Mass production depends on quantity of order.
We accept all regular payment terms including L/C, T/T, etc.
We are near from Beijing airport and Tianjin(Xingang) seaport, transportation from our factory to Beijing or Tianjin only takes one day, fast and very economical inland charges.
