According to cutting material,single roller cone bit can be divided into TCI bit and Steel Tooth Bit .
TCI is short for Tungsten Carbide Insert, tungsten carbide is regular hard material in rock drilling field.
Single roller cone bits have the largest bearings in the HDD industry.Sealed bearings provide much longer bearing life. Massive carbide wear pads provide better wear resistance than brazed-on carbide.Available with various cutter configurations for optimal performance in everything from soft ground to extremely hard rock. A best choice when the ground is too hard for a three-tooth style rock bit .

The OD of this roller cone is 150mm, it is for building 9 7/8" tricone bit, it is one-thirds (1/3) of 9 7/8" tricone bit.
We guarantee it is almost the best quality roller cone bit in the world at the same size.
The price of metal sealed bearing bit is higher than Elastomer sealed bearing roller cone bit, but the cost-performance ( cost of drilling each meter) is much higher than Elastomer bearing ones in drilling very deep well or very long and hard HDD projects, the working life is extremely long which supports to finish drilling at one time.
